Nor are they allowed to have physical contact with a client unless instructed to do so by a higher badge or by the personal request of the client(s). All of our agents will address you by title unless otherwise directed by a client or by a higher badge with client's approval.

We reserve the right for our clients to choose exactly which of our agents have clearance and the privilege to supply protection for them. Our clients obtain the privilege of having the final word when choosing agents to provide for their protection, however, it is not always guaranteed.
